Our membership scheme has been created to allow you to budget your fitness regime yet maintain the flexibility of choosing from a selection of classes per week with the convenience of on-line booking. For a monthly subscription you manage what classes and when to do them.
We have two schemes in place, one for adults and the second for teenagers.
Both schemes allow you to book onto a fixed number of classes per week, plus attend special FREE lessons where available.
