Splits, Strength and Flexibility Courses

This course involves a 10 minute non stop strength training and then 40 minutes flexibility training; each session will improve your strength to make everyday activity easier and will improve your flexibility to increase joint mobility.

This course also pushes you to increase your strength for pole and aerial arts, and will increase your chances of getting into the splits and more bendier back. We work through the whole body with both strength and flexibility giving you an all-round work out.

Classes are on a Wednesday Night 6:30pm - 7:20pm £25 for 6 weeks (Members £20 for six weeks) OR £5 per lesson drop in no booking required. (please check our Facebook page for any cancellation of classes)
